Online Poker Tourney

I am organizing an Online Poker Tourney and am trying to determine its feasibility. I have the ability to host a private tournament on Full Tilt Poker and I would like to play online tourneys with anyone who is interested.

If it is something that has merit, I would like to set-up some sort of online/live league. It can be incorporated into a current league or stand on its own.

I plan to set up a website or blog for any possible league, which will include commentary, player standings, articles, and possibly animated hand histories of entire tourneys.

Anyone who is interested would have to set-up an account on Full Tilt Poker. If you set it up by clicking on the link on this page in the upper right hand area, you will qualify for an additional bonus not mentioned at the website.

Once your account is set-up in Full Tilt, I can also transfer money that you give me into your account if you feel more comfortable doing so.

Please let me know if you are interested, or have any comments or suggestions.

Frank,

I'm interested, as long as we only play against people we know (as opposed to some random opponent on the internet). Let me know what I need to do.

Unknown,

You know I'm down. I think it's a great way to get everyone together with out all the traveling. It can't take the place of a home game, but it can be fun as well.

Cool, so far we have three. First thing to do is if you do not have an account at Full Tilt then set one up. Use the link on my Blog with the pic of Phil Ivey if you do not have an account already and I will share any extra bonus they send me.

Then you must fund the account via the instructions at the web page. If you like, you can give me cash and I can fund it through a transfer. Either way it is up to you.

Finally, when these steps are complete, we can play; right now it would be a three-handed tourney until we can get more players

I'm in...sounds like a good addition to the home games! I need to play more often and this fits my budget better than AC right now! Though, Unknown, I do plan to go AC with you sometime soon. I'm about to set up an account at full tilt! What are the buyins for these tourneys gonna be?

Setting up an account should be no problem, and like I said if you use the link on this page (Phil Ivey Full Tilt on top right) you will get an extra bonus that is not mentioned on the web page.

It's up to you guys as to what stakes we start at. I'm open to $5.50 on up to whatever is agreed on.

Make a post when your account is set-up so we can schedule a tourney. We might want to start off with a 5 handed game to see how it goes.

I got word that Code Blue attempted to set-up a Full Tilt account via the link on this page and it asked him for a bonus code. As far as I know none is necessary to receive the extra bonus. I contacted Full Tilt and will post when I get more info.

Blue,

I can see that your account set-up went good. The only thing left to do is fund the account when we are ready to play.
