Invaluable Online Poker Tools

I have found the following tools too be invaluable for playing online poker. I could go on about how great they all are and how they have helped me to win in MTT's SNG's and Cash games, but I will not. Instead I have provided links so you can see for yourself. They all offer some free evaluation or content so why not give these tools a try.

1 Pokertracker is a Windows based computer program that allows you to analyze your on-line Texas Hold'Em
play. Poker Tracker stores and summarizes hand history data that can be downloaded from your poker site.

2. PokerAce Hud
is a companion application for the PokerTracker online poker hand history tracking application. PA Hud reads the statistics from PokerTracker and places them directly on the poker client window as you play.

3. PokerXFactor
training videos take you step-by-step through huge online poker tournaments and Sit-N-Go's along with our top-ranked resident pros, JohnnyBax and Sheets. Learn how they negotiate the online poker tournament minefield to win consistently.

UK-

Thanks for the info...I downloaded a FREE trial offer of Poker Tracker last week, but I haven't used it yet. Got any tips?

And me and Blue were talking about using some of the tools you mentioned to improve our games...so your post is timely.

With Pokertracker you can review your SNG's from the first to last hand to see if you made errors or could have played a specific hand better. It also allows you to see you profits and losses for a given time period, game, or stake. When used in conjunction with PokerAce HUD you can see your opponents real-time stats. How often they raise, how aggressive, profitable, etc.. It's a good way to help get reads.
With PokerXFactor you can join to get a few free videos that will have commentary explaining exactly how online pros think during a game.

Try setting up PokerTracker and PokerAce HUD and visit their forums to get an idea of the tools' capabilities and then come back here with any questions.
